Michael's Inspiration for helping people is derived from personal experience with family and friends.
Tom Kratzer a close friend was taken early in his life by prostate cancer. Michael spent a week bedside caring for him and it changed his life. Michael decided to change his career and help people who cannot help themselves any longer.
Michael's Mother. Mom @ 94 just recently passed. Mom was a huge inspiration to Michael and his family.
