Michael's Inspiration for helping people is derived from personal experience with family and friends.

Tom Kratzer a close friend was taken early in his life by prostate cancer. Michael spent a week bedside caring for him and it changed his life.  Michael decided to change his career and help people who cannot help themselves any longer.

Michael's Mother. Mom is 94 and going strong.
